Refund Policy

can only accept returns of undamaged items instigated within one week of receiving the piece. Contact me within one week of receiving the item with your intention to return it. The buyer then has three days to prepare the artwork for mailing. The item must be securely repackaged in the original material. If the original packing and box is not available, the buyer must purchase material to securely mail the item at their expense. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Notiffy me when you mail the piece. When I receive  the item I will check the condition and contact you.  If  it arrived in original condition, the purchase price, including the original postage, will be refunded through Paypal. I will need the email address of the buyer. If I receive damaged goods that were improperly packed, I cannot issue a refund. Seek help in preparing the item for mailing if necessary. Before purchasing a piece, please contact me for additional information or photos if you need them.

If a piece arrives to you damaged, I must be contacted through email within a week of receiving the piece, or I can't offer a refund. I will need your order information. The buyer must email me  pictures of the damaged item and the box, showing any damage to the box. The pictures are necessary to process a refund. Save the packing material and the item until I contact you concerning your refund. The original purchase price and return postage will be refunded through Paypal as soon as it is processed. I will need the email associated with the buyer's Paypal account. Please communicate promptly in the case of a damaged piece. Failing to contact me promptly will forfeit your refund.
